A charming little restaurant with a beautiful old interior, a good natural wine list, and possibly the best frites in Paris.
Simple cooking from high quality ingredients makes a meal at Le Severo well worth the money, but it's not somewhere to go on a budget.
Closed Saturday evenings and Sunday, but open on a Monday while much of the rest of the city sleeps.
